A well-established engineering company, leading provider of maintenance and engineering solutions, is seeking a skilled Fabricator Welder with maintenance fitter knowledge to join their team.

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Fabricator Welder with strong maintenance fitter knowledge. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating and welding components according to specifications, as well as performing maintenance and repair tasks on machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate and weld components as per technical drawings and specifications.
• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair tasks on machinery and equipment.
• Operate and maintain welding equipment and tools.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and complies with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and project completion.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Fabricator Welder.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance fitting, including troubleshooting and repair techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Arc, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in welding and maintenance fitting are desirable.

Preferred:

• Experience working as a sub-contractor.
• Additional skills in mechanical fitting, hydraulics, or pneumatics.
